Terms of Service

Subscription Terms

We offer subscriptions based on team size, data sources, and features. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current term.

Payment

Fees are payable in advance. We don't store your payment details; transactions are handled by our payment processor.

Changes

We may revise plans or pricing. Any changes won't affect your current billing term. We'll notify you in advance so you can opt out before renewal.

Our Responsibilities

We provide the Platform with the features described on our Site and aim to keep it operational and secure.

Your Responsibilities

When using LamLam, you agree to:

• Be at least 18 or have authority to act on behalf of a business;
• Use the Platform lawfully and ethically;
• Avoid introducing malware or attempting unauthorized access;
• Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation;
• Not scrape or crawl the Platform or Site.

Ownership

All intellectual property on our Site and Platform belongs to LamLam or our licensors. You may not use it without permission, unless the law permits.

Your Content

You retain ownership of Your Content. We do not claim rights over it. We don't access or use Your Content unless required for support or legal compliance.

Metrics

We may collect anonymized usage data (not Your Content) to improve LamLam. For instance, we may track how often features are used — not the content within them.

By You

You may close your account anytime. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of prepaid terms.

By Us

If you breach these Terms, we may:

• Issue a warning
• Suspend or terminate your access
• Terminate this agreement
• Pursue legal remedies or notify authorities

We may also terminate your account at our discretion with reasonable notice. In such cases, we'll refund any prepaid fees on a pro-rata basis.

Post-Termination

Rights and liabilities incurred before termination remain valid. Terms that survive termination (like IP ownership or limitation of liability) remain in force.

No Exclusions for Serious Misconduct

We do not limit our liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or where prohibited by law.

Platform Use

You accept the Site and Platform are offered "as is." We do not guarantee they'll be error-free, uninterrupted, or virus-free.

No Business Loss Coverage

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including lost revenue, contracts, data, reputation, or profits.

Liability Cap

Our total liability to you is capped at five times the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim arose.

We Remain Liable Without Cap for:

• Intentional or gross negligence
• Breach of data protection or confidentiality
• IP rights violations

Linking to LamLam

You may link to our Site legally and fairly. You may not suggest false affiliations or "hotlink" content. If asked to remove a link, you must do so.

Third-Party Links

We may link to external sites. We're not responsible for their content or services.

Affiliates

You may use LamLam on behalf of your Affiliates. Authorized third-party service providers may access LamLam only to support your internal business operations.

Invoicing

All invoices must be sent to: support@lam-lam.com before payment deadlines apply.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is held invalid, the rest will remain enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms are the full agreement between you and us regarding use of LamLam. No other verbal or written terms apply.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce a right doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.

Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent.

Third-Party Rights

Only you and LamLam can enforce these Terms. No third party has rights under them.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Czech Republic. Disputes will be resolved in Czech courts, unless you reside elsewhere, in which case we may bring proceedings in your jurisdiction.
